Refund policy
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer refunds or returns. Only exchanges on unused, unopened items may be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and any free gifts. Used or opened items are not eligible for exchange.
Once your item is received and approved at our warehouse, we will issue store credit or process an exchange.
If your order has not yet shipped and you have not received tracking information, we may be able to help with changes such as color or address. We cannot guarantee changes but will do our best. Please email us as soon as possible.
Once tracking information has been issued, no further changes can be made.
